Business Goals: Demystify the new healthcare landscape by making uhc.com a simple, easy-to-understand resource for current and potential consumers.

Description: With the changing healthcare landscape, consumers are becoming more and more focused on their healthcare costs. In order to create a beautiful and easy to understand interface, we simplified the cost breakdown and billing information presented to consumers, and provided payment capabilities through the redesigned myUHC website.

Through user testing, we refined how content was categorized and simplified cost and billing information presented on the interface.
